Welcome to Evri Hotel & Resorts. By booking a room, utilizing our dining services, or making an event reservation at our property located in Park Street Area, Kolkata, West Bengal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Check-in & Check-out Policies
- Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.
- Identification Requirements: As per Ministry of Tourism and West Bengal Police guidelines, all guests (Indian and Foreign Nationals) must present a valid original Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at the time of check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid identity proof. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and Indian visa/e-Visa.
2. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
- Advance Payment: A valid advance payment or credit card authorization is required to confirm room reservations and hall bookings.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to check-in date will be eligible for a full refund (minus administrative transaction fees). Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equal to 1 night's room rate.
- No-Show Policy: In the event of a guest no-show, the total reservation amount for the first night will be charged, and remaining nights will be canceled automatically.
3. Guest Conduct & Property Rules
- No Smoking Policy: Smoking inside guest bedrooms is strictly prohibited. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available on the hotel premises. Violators will face a cleaning penalty fee.
- Damage to Hotel Property: Guests will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors during their stay.
- Noise & Disturbances: To ensure comfort for all visitors, loud music or disruptive behavior in guest rooms or corridors after 10:00 PM is prohibited.
- Banquet & Event Space: Use of our conference hall (50-60 guest capacity) must conclude by the agreed booking hours. Outside catering or sound equipment requires prior written consent from management.
4. Limitation of Liability
Evri Hotel & Resorts will not be held liable for loss or damage to personal valuables left unattended in guest rooms or public spaces. In-room electronic safes are provided for guest convenience. The hotel is not responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control (force majeure, natural disasters, utility failures, etc.).
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
